Nearly Wordless Friday
It has been said that on the way to Heaven, one will have a two hour delay due to construction in Atlanta. It is interesting to note that even the Silver Comet is not immune!
I have spend the better part of a 30 year career in IT helping to make technology work for companies and organizations, rather than it getting in their way.
My background includes call center development, and telephony system implementaitons for companies from 3 to 1,000 employees.
I began implementing PC-based phone systems and VOIP-based extensions during the infancy of both technologies.
I now have a passion to help ensure that the best of these technologies can be used effectively to help small organizations reduce their costs, while at the same time putting them on par with their large competitors.
